Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your MERIT products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on all orders within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email once your return request has been submitted.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original packaging and attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
